    Welcome to Mystic Priestess Arising, a sacred certification program offered through Nightshade Sanctum™ and Zela Feraco Coaching™. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and participation in this high-level spiritual certification program for priestesses, witches, and mystics.

    By enrolling in Mystic Priestess Arising, purchasing access, or participating in any aspect of this program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll in or use our services.

    This program is operated by Zela Feraco Coaching™ and Nightshade Sanctum™, based in Zürich, Switzerland.

    Program Overview and Structure

    Mystic Priestess Arising is a comprehensive spiritual certification program that includes:

    • Certification in six spiritual modalities as outlined in the program curriculum
    • Live group teaching and ceremony calls conducted via Zoom
    • Structured but evolving syllabus delivered through MemberVault platform
    • PDF manuals, ritual scripts, spellbooks, and sacred practices
    • Access to the Nightshade Sanctum Astral Temple and accompanying journey work
    • Private community support through Facebook group or other designated platform
    • Enrollment bonuses (such as astrology readings, Verdant Starweaves healing, treasure boxes, etc.) that vary by enrollment tier

    All content and materials are provided for educational, spiritual development, and certification purposes within the sacred container of this mystery school training.

    Program Duration and Timeline Flexibility

    Minimum Duration: Mystic Priestess Arising is designed to last a minimum of eight months.

    Maximum Duration: The program may extend up to twelve months, depending on the pace of teaching, spiritual integration requirements, and energetic alignment.

    Timeline Flexibility: By enrolling in Mystic Priestess Arising, you acknowledge and accept that this is sacred work that unfolds organically. Program timelines are flexible and subject to adjustment in service of spiritual integrity, deep integration, and the highest good of all participants.

    Content Delivery: Course content, live teachings, ceremonial work, and support materials may be created and released in real time as part of the evolving mystery school experience. We reserve the right to extend program duration beyond the minimum eight-month timeframe to ensure the highest standards of spiritual teaching and energetic alignment.

    Live Session Scheduling: Live calls may occasionally be rescheduled with reasonable notice due to energetic considerations, sacred timing, or unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate changes promptly and provide recordings when applicable.

    Non-Binding Promotional Timelines: Any durations, timelines, or dates shared in program descriptions or promotional materials are indicative only and not contractually binding. All timelines are subject to adjustment in service of the sacred work and spiritual integrity of the program.

    Access and Materials

    Program Access Duration: Access to all course materials, recordings, and community spaces is included for the full duration of the program and may be extended at the discretion of the facilitator if needed to support student completion.

    Platform Delivery: Materials are delivered through MemberVault, with live sessions conducted via Zoom and community support through designated platforms.

    Material Formats: You will receive access to PDF manuals, ritual scripts, spellbooks, sacred practices, recorded sessions, and other digital materials as outlined in your enrollment tier.

    Enrollment Bonuses and Tier Benefits

    Tier-Dependent Bonuses: Enrollment bonuses (including but not limited to 1:1 readings, gift boxes, healings, astrology sessions, and Verdant Starweaves treatments) are specific to your enrollment tier and clearly outlined at the time of purchase.

    Non-Transferable: All bonuses are non-transferable and for your personal use only.

    Scheduling and Coordination: Some bonuses may require scheduling coordination or shipping arrangements. You are responsible for responding to scheduling requests and providing accurate shipping information within reasonable timeframes.

    No Refunds for Unused Bonuses: No refunds will be given for missed appointments, unused bonuses, or failure to claim tier benefits. Bonuses expire at the conclusion of the program unless otherwise specified.

    Age Requirement and Eligibility

    By enrolling in Mystic Priestess Arising, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into binding contracts. This advanced spiritual training is designed exclusively for adults.

    If we learn that a minor has enrolled under false pretenses, we reserve the right to terminate access immediately and delete associated accounts without refund.

    Payment Terms

    Pricing and Payment: All prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout. Full payment or approved payment plan arrangements are required before program access is granted.

    Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, and buy-now-pay-later services such as Klarna, subject to their respective terms.

    Payment Plans: If enrolled in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined in your agreement. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access.

    Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. Prices may not include local taxes, duties, or fees.

    Refund and Cancellation Policy

    No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of Mystic Priestess Arising and its immediate availability upon enrollment, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is processed and access credentials are provided.

    Immediate Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to course materials and the program platform. This immediate delivery of digital content makes all sales final and non-refundable.

    Technical Support: If you experience technical difficulties accessing content, contact us for support. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds, as alternative access methods will be provided.

    No Exceptions: Refunds will not be provided for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal circumstances, inability to complete the program, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to use provided materials.

    Payment Plan Obligations: Students enrolled in payment plans remain obligated to complete all payments regardless of their level of participation, completion, or satisfaction with the program.

    Certification Requirements and Terms

    Certification Eligibility: Students will be eligible for certification as a Mystic Priestess only after successfully completing all course requirements as determined by the facilitator.

    Certification Scope: Certification grants you the right to use the title “Mystic Priestess” and to practice the modalities learned within your personal spiritual practice and professional client work, within the boundaries of your training.

    Professional Practice Limitations: Mystic Priestess certification does not qualify graduates as licensed therapists, medical practitioners, psychologists, counselors, or regulated healthcare providers. Graduates must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding spiritual and healing services in their jurisdiction.

    Regulatory Compliance: If you choose to offer professional services using knowledge gained from this program, you are solely responsible for:

    • Understanding and complying with local business licensing requirements
    • Adhering to advertising and marketing regulations in your area
    • Obtaining any required professional liability insurance
    • Following scope of practice limitations for non-licensed practitioners
    • Clearly communicating your credentials and limitations to clients

    Teaching Limitations: Certification does not grant permission to teach, license, certify others, or create derivative training programs based on the Mystic Priestess Arising curriculum without explicit written authorization.

    Certification Registry: All Mystic Priestess graduates will be listed in a private certification registry maintained by Nightshade Sanctum™.

    Verification: Only individuals listed in our official certification database are recognized as certified Mystic Priestesses. Any misrepresentation of certification status will be treated as fraud.

    Use of Title: The title “Mystic Priestess” may only be used by students who have successfully completed the program and received official certification. The title may not be claimed prematurely or used in marketing materials unless certification has been granted.

    Intellectual Property Rights

    Proprietary Content: All frameworks, rites, rituals, teaching methods, language, course materials, and methodologies used in Mystic Priestess Arising are the exclusive intellectual property of Zela Feraco and Nightshade Sanctum™.

    Prohibited Activities:

    • Sharing login credentials or program access with others
    • Recording live sessions without explicit permission
    • Reproducing, copying, or distributing any course materials
    • Replicating, rebranding, or sharing frameworks outside the course container
    • Using program content for commercial purposes without authorization
    • Creating derivative works or competing programs based on our methodologies

    AI and Generative Tool Prohibition: You may not upload or input any Mystic Priestess Arising materials into AI platforms, machine learning models, or content generators without explicit written permission. This includes using any content to train AI systems or create derivative works.

    Sacred Container Integrity: All content shared within the program container is confidential and may not be distributed outside the intended learning platform or shared with individuals not enrolled in the program.

    User Conduct and Sacred Space Guidelines

    Sacred Priestess Space: Mystic Priestess Arising is held as a sacred container for spiritual growth and priestess awakening. All participants are expected to honor the sacred nature of this work.

    Required Conduct:

    • Treat all participants and facilitators with respect, kindness, and spiritual reverence
    • Maintain complete confidentiality of other participants’ personal information and spiritual sharing
    • Engage authentically and constructively in all aspects of the program
    • Honor the sacred container and spiritual integrity of the work

    Prohibited Conduct:

    • Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior toward any participant
    • Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
    • Disrupting sessions, ceremonies, or community discussions
    • Violating the privacy or confidentiality of other participants
    • Breach of sacred container through gossiping or sharing others’ personal information
    • Any behavior that compromises the spiritual integrity of the program

    Consequences: Any breach of spiritual or community integrity may result in immediate removal from the program without refund or warning. This includes but is not limited to harassment, breach of confidentiality, disrespectful behavior, or any conduct that disrupts the sacred nature of the priestess training.

    Community Protection and Sacred Boundaries

    Protection of Sacred Space: We reserve the right to protect the integrity, safety, and sacred nature of the Mystic Priestess Arising container and all participants within it.

    Zero Tolerance Policy: Any behavior including defamation, harassment, false accusations, or coordinated disruption directed toward Zela Feraco, the program, or community members will result in immediate removal from all platforms and potential legal action.

    Constructive Resolution: We encourage open, respectful communication and will address concerns through direct dialogue when appropriate. However, we will not tolerate behavior that compromises the sacred container or spiritual safety of participants.

    Marketing and Testimonial Use

    Content Usage Rights: By participating in Mystic Priestess Arising, you grant us permission to use your written testimonials, transformation stories, and success stories in our marketing materials across all channels.

    Graduate Features: Certified Mystic Priestesses may be featured in alumni spotlights, case studies, or marketing stories. We will never disclose sensitive personal details or private content from within the sacred program container.

    Privacy Options: You may opt out of public sharing by emailing [email protected] before or during your participation, or request removal of content after publication where feasible.

    No Financial Compensation: Use of your testimonial or story does not entitle you to financial compensation unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

    Release of Claims: By enrolling, you release and hold harmless Zela Feraco, Nightshade Sanctum™, Zela Feraco Coaching™, and all associated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation in the program.

    Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

    Force Majeure Protection: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: illness, personal emergencies, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, platform failures, global pandemics, or other acts of God affecting service delivery.

    Program Postponement or Cancellation: We reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances, emergetic considerations, or facilitator availability. Such delays or cancellations do not trigger refunds but may result in rescheduled delivery or alternative arrangements at our discretion.

    No Liability for Delays: Students acknowledge that spiritual work unfolds in divine timing, and delays or changes to the program schedule do not constitute breach of contract or grounds for refund.

    Enrollment Capacity and Program Viability

    Enrollment Limits: We reserve the right to limit enrollment numbers to maintain the integrity and intimacy of the sacred container.

    Waitlist Procedures: If the program reaches capacity, a waitlist may be established. Waitlisted individuals will be notified if spots become available, but placement on the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment.

    Minimum Enrollment Requirements: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the program if minimum enrollment numbers are not met. In such cases, full refunds will be provided, or enrollment may be transferred to a future iteration.

    No Commercial Use: We will not use your submitted work for commercial purposes without your explicit written permission and appropriate compensation agreements.

    Use in Future Iterations: Recorded sessions may be used in future iterations of the program or related offerings. Personal identifying information will be removed unless explicit consent is provided.

    Ownership of Recordings: All recordings, transcripts, and documentation of program sessions remain the exclusive property of Zela Feraco and Nightshade Sanctum™.

    Digital Rights Management and Access Protection

    Anti-Piracy Measures: We employ digital rights management systems to protect program content. Any attempts to circumvent these protections or engage in digital piracy will result in immediate termination without refund.

    Login Credential Security: Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. Each enrollment grants access to one individual only.

    Unauthorized Access Monitoring: We monitor for unauthorized access, multiple simultaneous logins, and suspicious account activity. Violations will result in immediate suspension of access.

    Certification Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke certification for:

    • Misrepresentation of training or credentials
    • Violation of these Terms after graduation
    • Behavior that damages the integrity of the Mystic Priestess title

    Recertification Procedures: Revoked certifications may be reinstated through specified recertification processes at our sole discretion.

    Student Indemnification

    Hold Harmless Agreement: By enrolling in Mystic Priestess Arising, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zela Feraco, Nightshade Sanctum™, Zela Feraco Coaching™, and all associated entities from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

    • Any harm caused to third parties through your use of spiritual practices learned in the program
    • Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
    • Your breach of confidentiality or unauthorized sharing of program materials

    • Claims arising from your professional practice using knowledge gained from the program

    Third-Party Liability: You acknowledge that your participation in spiritual practices and subsequent professional application carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from your choices and actions.

    International Compliance: Users outside Switzerland are responsible for compliance with their local laws while acknowledging that Swiss law takes precedence in any conflicts.

    Jurisdictional Hierarchy: In cases where local laws conflict with these Terms:

    1. Swiss law governs all intellectual property, payment, and contractual disputes
    2. Local consumer protection laws may apply only where they do not conflict with core program terms
    3. Students in jurisdictions with conflicting laws acknowledge Swiss law supremacy by enrolling

    Currency and International Fees: International students are responsible for currency conversion fees, international transaction charges, and any applicable local taxes or duties.
