    Introduction

    Welcome to Goddess Radiance Sorcery, a transformative 6-week spellcasting immersion offered through Nightshade Sanctum™ and Zela Feraco Coaching™. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and participation in this powerful magickal training program for sorceresses, witches, and magical practitioners.

    Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By enrolling, you agree to be legally bound by them.

    By enrolling in Goddess Radiance Sorcery, purchasing access, or participating in any aspect of this program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll in or use our services.

    This program is operated by Zela Feraco Coaching™ and Nightshade Sanctum™, based in Zürich, Switzerland.

    Program Overview and Structure

    Goddess Radiance Sorcery is a comprehensive 6-week spellcasting immersion that includes:

    • 30+ self-paced online video lessons (7+ hours of video resources)
    • 1 x Akashic Goddess Journey: Sacred Goddess Circe Activation
    • 1 x Akashic Animal Guide Activation (Lion/Lioness energies)
    • 2 x 60-minute Verdant Starweaves® group energetic support sessions
    • 2 x 60-minute LIVE Sorcery Success Q&A coaching sessions with direct mentorship from Zela
    • 7-day Goddess Radiance Embodiment Practice
    • Enchanted Course Materials including all printable class resources
    • Private magical group access with unlimited feedback and coaching from Zela for 6 weeks
    • Sacred container community of like-minded sorceresses

    All content and materials are provided for educational, spiritual development, and magical empowerment purposes within the sacred container of this spellcasting training.

    Program Completion Recognition

    Certificate of Completion: Upon successful completion of all program components, students may receive a certificate of completion for personal enrichment purposes. This certificate acknowledges your participation and engagement in the magical training but does not certify professional magical instruction, client work, or any form of professional qualification.

    Personal Enrichment Only: The certificate is intended for personal spiritual recognition and does not constitute professional credentials, licensing, or authorization to teach or practice professionally using the program methodologies.

    Program Duration and Timeline

    Fixed Duration: Goddess Radiance Sorcery is designed as a 6-week intensive program with specific start and end dates.

    Live Session Schedule: Live Q&A coaching sessions and group energetic support sessions are scheduled at designated times. Session dates and times will be communicated upon enrollment.

    Timeline Flexibility: While the program has a structured 6-week format, we reserve the right to adjust live session timing due to energetic considerations, sacred timing, or unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate changes promptly and provide recordings when sessions cannot be attended live.

    Sacred Timing: This magical work honors divine timing and energetic alignment. Minor schedule adjustments may occur to optimize the spiritual potency of the training.

    Access and Materials

    Program Access Duration: You receive lifetime access to all course materials, video lessons, and recorded sessions through the online platform.

    Live Component Access: Access to live sessions, private group coaching, and direct feedback from Zela is available for the 6-week program duration only.

    Platform Delivery: Materials are delivered through the designated online platform, with live sessions conducted via Zoom and community support through the private magical group.

    Material Formats: You will receive access to video lessons, Akashic journey recordings, printable course materials, and other digital resources as outlined in the program.

    Investment and Payment Terms

    Program Investment: The full investment for Goddess Radiance Sorcery is $1,111 USD.

    Payment Options:

    • Full payment: $1,111 USD
    • Payment plan available (e.g., $556 x 2 payments)
    • Financial need scholarships available (subject to application and approval)

    Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, and buy-now-pay-later services such as Klarna, subject to their respective terms.

    Payment Plan Obligations: If enrolled in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined in your agreement. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to live components.

    Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. Prices may not include local taxes, duties, or fees.

    Age Requirement and Eligibility

    By enrolling in Goddess Radiance Sorcery, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into binding contracts. This magical training is designed exclusively for adults.

    If we learn that a minor has enrolled under false pretenses, we reserve the right to terminate access immediately and delete associated accounts without refund.

    Refund and Cancellation Policy

    No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of Goddess Radiance Sorcery and its immediate availability upon enrollment, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is processed and access credentials are provided.

    Immediate Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to course materials and the program platform. This immediate delivery of digital content makes all sales final and non-refundable.

    Live Session Commitment: Once the program begins and live sessions commence, no refunds will be provided regardless of attendance or participation level.

    Technical Support: If you experience technical difficulties accessing content, contact us for support. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds, as alternative access methods will be provided.

    No Exceptions: Refunds will not be provided for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal circumstances, inability to complete the program, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to use provided materials.

    Payment Plan Obligations: Students enrolled in payment plans remain obligated to complete all payments regardless of their level of participation, completion, or satisfaction with the program.

    Intellectual Property Rights

    Proprietary Content: All spellcasting frameworks, magical methodologies, Goddess Radiance Spell techniques, teaching methods, course materials, and Verdant Starweaves® modalities used in this program are the exclusive intellectual property of Zela Feraco and Nightshade Sanctum™.

    Prohibited Activities:

    • Sharing login credentials or program access with others
    • Recording live sessions without explicit permission
    • Reproducing, copying, or distributing any course materials
    • Teaching or sharing the Goddess Radiance Spell framework commercially
    • Using program content to create competing magical programs
    • Replicating or rebranding magical methodologies

    AI and Generative Tool Prohibition: You may not upload or input any Goddess Radiance Sorcery materials into AI platforms, machine learning models, or content generators without explicit written permission. This includes using any content to train AI systems or create derivative works.

    Sacred Container Integrity: All content shared within the program container is confidential and may not be distributed outside the intended learning platform or shared with individuals not enrolled in the program.

    User Conduct and Sacred Space Guidelines

    Sacred Magical Container: Goddess Radiance Sorcery is held as a sacred container for magical empowerment and sorceress awakening. All participants are expected to honor the sacred nature of this work.

    Required Conduct:

    • Treat all participants and facilitators with respect, kindness, and magical reverence
    • Maintain complete confidentiality of other participants’ personal magical experiences
    • Engage authentically and constructively in all aspects of the program
    • Honor the sacred container and magical integrity of the work
    • Respect the energetic boundaries of the group magical workings

    Prohibited Conduct:

    • Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior toward any participant
    • Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
    • Disrupting sessions, magical workings, or community discussions
    • Violating the privacy or confidentiality of other participants
    • Breach of sacred container through gossiping or sharing others’ personal magical experiences
    • Any behavior that compromises the magical integrity of the program

    Consequences: Any breach of magical or community integrity may result in immediate removal from the program without refund or warning. This includes but is not limited to harassment, breach of confidentiality, disrespectful behavior, or any conduct that disrupts the sacred nature of the magical training.

    Health and Safety Disclaimers

    Magical Practice Warnings: Goddess Radiance Sorcery involves intensive magical and spiritual practices including but not limited to:

    • Energy work and magical activation
    • Goddess channeling and divine connection work
    • Akashic Records journeying and spiritual travel
    • Animal spirit guide activation
    • Spellcasting and manifestation work
    • Altered states of consciousness during magical practices

    Health Consultation Requirement: Before participating, you are strongly advised to consult with qualified healthcare providers, especially if you have:

    • Mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, or psychosis
    • History of trauma or abuse
    • Pregnancy or nursing status
    • Heart conditions or blood pressure issues
    • Seizure disorders or neurological conditions
    • Substance abuse history or current medications affecting consciousness

    Contraindications: Participation may not be suitable for individuals with severe mental health conditions, active psychosis, or those undergoing intensive medical treatment. You assume full responsibility for determining your fitness to participate.

    Student Indemnification

    Hold Harmless Agreement: By enrolling in Goddess Radiance Sorcery, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zela Feraco, Nightshade Sanctum™, Zela Feraco Coaching™, and all associated entities from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

    • Any outcomes, intended or unintended, from your magical workings or spell crafting
    • Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
    • Any legal action taken against us based on your magical practices or representations as a student
    • Claims arising from your use of magical knowledge gained from the program

    Magical Practice Responsibility: You acknowledge that magical and spiritual practices carry inherent risks and unpredictable outcomes, and you assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from your magical work and spiritual practices.

    Marketing and Testimonial Use

    Content Usage Rights: By participating in Goddess Radiance Sorcery, you grant us permission to use your written testimonials, transformation stories, magical success stories, and program feedback in our marketing materials across all channels.

    Magical Transformation Features: Student magical breakthroughs, manifestation successes, and program transformations may be featured in promotional materials, case studies, or testimonials.

    Privacy Options: You may opt out of public sharing by emailing [email protected] before or during your participation, or request removal of content after publication where feasible.

    No Financial Compensation: Use of your testimonial or magical success story does not entitle you to financial compensation unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

    Student Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining secure passwords, protecting your devices from unauthorized access, and using secure internet connections when accessing program materials.

    Exclusion of Damages: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, business, reputation, data, or profits, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    Complete Assumption of Responsibility: You participate entirely at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your magical journey, wellbeing, and any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from your participation in the program.

    Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

    Force Majeure Protection: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: illness, personal emergencies, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, platform failures, or other acts of God affecting service delivery.

    Program Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust live session timing, group call schedules, or program delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or energetic considerations. Such adjustments do not trigger refunds but may result in rescheduled sessions or alternative arrangements.

    No Liability for Delays: Students acknowledge that magical work unfolds in divine timing, and schedule adjustments do not constitute breach of contract or grounds for refund.

    Digital Rights Management and Access Protection

    Anti-Piracy Measures: We employ digital rights management systems to protect program content. Any attempts to circumvent these protections or engage in digital piracy will result in immediate termination without refund.

    Login Credential Security: Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. Each enrollment grants access to one individual only.

    Unauthorized Access Monitoring: We monitor for unauthorized access, multiple simultaneous logins, and suspicious account activity. Violations will result in immediate suspension of access.

    Currency and International Fees: International students are responsible for currency conversion fees, international transaction charges, and any applicable local taxes or duties.
