    Welcome to Dark Mystic Awakening, a transformative 4-month goddess mentorship journey offered through Nightshade Sanctum™ and Zela Feraco Coaching™. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and participation in this comprehensive Sacred Feminine Mysteries program for mystics, witches, and spiritual seekers.

    Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By enrolling, you agree to be legally bound by them.

    By enrolling in Dark Mystic Awakening, purchasing access, or participating in any aspect of this program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll in or use our services.

    This program is operated by Zela Feraco Coaching™ and Nightshade Sanctum™, based in Zürich, Switzerland.

    Program Overview and Structure

    Dark Mystic Awakening is a comprehensive 16-week odyssey that includes:

    • Regular live gatherings for advanced magick training, embodiment practices, and learning

    • 22-Day Manifestation Nexus framework taught across two iterations during the program
    • Enchanted course materials including course manuals and printable resources
    • Private community access with like-minded mystics
    • Lifetime access to all course materials and future updates

    All content and materials are provided for educational, spiritual development, and mystical empowerment purposes within the sacred container of this Dark Goddess initiation.

    Program Duration and Timeline Structure

    Program Duration: Dark Mystic Awakening is designed as a minimum 4-month (16-week) intensive program structured in two powerful Spirals.

    Sacred Timing: This mystical work honors divine timing and the organic unfolding of transformation. Schedule adjustments may occur to optimize the spiritual potency and energetic alignment of the training.

    Live Component Schedule: Live sessions, Q&A coaching, and group healings are scheduled at designated times. Session dates and times will be communicated upon enrollment, with reasonable notice provided for any changes.

    Access and Materials

    Lifetime Access: You receive lifetime access to all course materials, video lessons, recorded sessions, and future program updates through the online platform.

    Live Component Access: Access to live sessions, private group coaching, Mystic Success Q&A calls, Verdant Starweaves® healings, and direct feedback from Zela is available for the full program duration plus any extensions.

    Integration Support: During the integration break between Spirals, you retain full access to:

    • All course materials and recorded sessions
    • The private Facebook group and community platform
    • The ability to post questions and share experiences in the group

    However, during integration periods:

    • All live class calls and coaching sessions cease to allow proper time for energetic integration
    • Response time to group questions may be slower than during active Spiral periods
    • Coaching responses from Zela are provided at her discretion only and are not guaranteed
    • No scheduled live sessions, Q&A calls, or group healings occur during this time
    • The integration break is designed as a period of rest, reflection, and energetic assimilation

    Integration Period Purpose: This intentional pause allows your inner shifts to settle, practices to become embodied, and mystical insights to take root in your daily life without additional input or stimulation.

    Platform Delivery: Materials are delivered through the designated online platform, with live sessions conducted via Zoom and community support through the private mystical circle.

    Investment and Payment Terms

    Payment Plan Obligations: If enrolled in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined in your agreement. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to live components.

    Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. Prices may not include local taxes, duties, or fees.

    Age Requirement and Eligibility

    If we learn that a minor has enrolled under false pretenses, we reserve the right to terminate access immediately and delete associated accounts without refund.

    Refund and Cancellation Policy

    No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of Dark Mystic Awakening and its immediate availability upon enrollment, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is processed and access credentials are provided.

    Immediate Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to course materials and the program platform. This immediate delivery of digital content makes all sales final and non-refundable.

    Live Program Commitment: Once the program begins and live sessions commence, no refunds will be provided regardless of attendance, participation level, or completion status.

    Integration Break Commitment: The integration break between Spirals is an intentional part of the program design. No refunds will be provided during this period.

    Technical Support: If you experience technical difficulties accessing content, contact us for support. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds, as alternative access methods will be provided.

    No Exceptions: Refunds will not be provided for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal circumstances, inability to complete the program, dissatisfaction with content, missed live sessions, or failure to use provided materials.

    Payment Plan Obligations: Students enrolled in payment plans remain obligated to complete all payments regardless of their level of participation, completion, satisfaction, or life circumstances.

    Intellectual Property Rights

    Proprietary Content: All Dark Goddess methodologies, 22-Day Manifestation Nexus framework, Verdant Starweaves® energy healing techniques, Akashic Goddess activation processes, teaching methods, course materials, and mystical practices used in this program are the exclusive intellectual property of Zela Feraco and Nightshade Sanctum™.

    Prohibited Activities:

    • Sharing login credentials or program access with others
    • Recording live sessions, healings, or activations without explicit permission
    • Reproducing, copying, or distributing any course materials
    • Teaching or sharing the Manifestation Nexus framework commercially
    • Replicating Verdant Starweaves® techniques or claiming certification to teach them
    • Using program content to create competing mystical or manifestation programs
    • Sharing Akashic Goddess activation processes outside the sacred container

    AI and Generative Tool Prohibition: You may not upload or input any Dark Mystic Awakening materials into AI platforms, machine learning models, or content generators without explicit written permission. This includes using any content to train AI systems or create derivative works.

    Sacred Container Integrity: All content shared within the program container is confidential and may not be distributed outside the intended learning platform or shared with individuals not enrolled in the program.

    Goddess Work Respect: The specific methods for working with Hecate, Persephone, The Morrígan, and Lilith as taught in this program are proprietary spiritual technologies and may not be replicated commercially.

    User Conduct and Sacred Space Guidelines

    Sacred Mystical Container: Dark Mystic Awakening is held as a sacred container for mystical awakening and Dark Goddess initiation. All participants are expected to honor the sacred nature of this deep spiritual work.

    Required Conduct:

    • Treat all participants and facilitators with respect, kindness, and mystical reverence

    Prohibited Conduct:

    • Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior toward any participant

    • Breach of sacred container through gossiping or sharing others’ personal transformation experiences

    • Disrespecting the Dark Goddess energies or treating the work as entertainment

    Consequences: Any breach of mystical or community integrity may result in immediate removal from the program without refund or warning. This includes but is not limited to harassment, breach of confidentiality, disrespectful behavior toward the goddesses, or any conduct that disrupts the sacred nature of the mystical training.

    Group Dynamics and Energetic Compatibility

    Sacred Circle Integrity: Dark Mystic Awakening is held as a carefully curated mystical circle where energetic compatibility is essential for the safety and effectiveness of the advanced spiritual work.

    Energetic Alignment Requirements: All participants must maintain:

    Right to Remove for Energetic Disruption: We reserve the right to immediately remove any student whose energy, behavior, or participation disrupts the sacred container, including but not limited to:

    • Consistently negative, resistant, or destructive energy that affects group dynamics
    • Inability to respect others’ mystical experiences or transformation processes
    • Energetic vampirism or excessive neediness that drains group resources
    • Argumentative, confrontational, or attention-seeking behavior during sacred work
    • Refusal to engage in personal responsibility or shadow work integration
    • Any behavior that compromises the energetic safety of other participants

    Energetic Incompatibility Assessment: If energetic incompatibility becomes apparent:

    • We will first attempt private communication to address concerns
    • Clear boundaries and expectations will be established
    • If incompatibility persists, immediate removal from the program will occur
    • No refunds will be provided for energetic incompatibility removals

    Personal Enrichment Only: The certificate is intended for personal spiritual recognition and does not constitute professional credentials, licensing, or authorization to teach or practice professionally using the program methodologies.

    Post-Program Pathway and Advanced Training

    Mystic Priestess Arising Preparation: Dark Mystic Awakening is specifically designed to prepare students for the advanced certification program Mystic Priestess Arising. Completion of this program provides essential foundation work for the deeper initiatory practices of the Priestess Path.

    Priority Access Benefits: Graduates of Dark Mystic Awakening receive:

    • Priority enrollment access to Mystic Priestess Arising when enrollment opens
    • Automatic waitlist priority – graduates move to the top of the waitlist ahead of new applicants

    Force Majeure Protection: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: illness, personal emergencies, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, platform failures, or other acts of God affecting service delivery.

    Program Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust live session timing, integration break duration, spiral pacing, or program delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, energetic considerations, or the organic flow of the mystical work. Such adjustments do not trigger refunds but may result in rescheduled sessions or alternative arrangements.

    Integration Period Flexibility: The integration break between Spirals may be extended if needed for proper energetic assimilation and transformation anchoring.

    No Liability for Delays: Students acknowledge that mystical work unfolds in divine timing, and schedule adjustments or timeline extensions do not constitute breach of contract or grounds for refund.

    Digital Rights Management and Access Protection

    Anti-Piracy Measures: We employ digital rights management systems to protect program content. Any attempts to circumvent these protections or engage in digital piracy will result in immediate termination without refund.

    Login Credential Security: Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. Each enrollment grants access to one individual only.

    Unauthorized Access Monitoring: We monitor for unauthorized access, multiple simultaneous logins, and suspicious account activity. Violations will result in immediate suspension of access.

    Legal Consequences: Digital piracy, unauthorized distribution, or sharing of copyrighted materials may result in legal action and pursuit of damages under international copyright law.

    Sacred Content Protection: The mystical content, goddess activations, and energy healing transmissions are considered sacred technologies and must be protected from unauthorized distribution.

    Student Submissions and Intellectual Property

    Student Work Ownership: You retain full ownership of all personal mystical workings, shadow work discoveries, manifestation experiences, and spiritual insights you create during the program.

    Teaching Use Permission: By participating in the program, you grant us permission to use anonymized examples of mystical breakthroughs, transformation stories, or manifestation successes for future teaching purposes, with all identifying information removed unless you provide explicit written consent.

    Confidentiality of Personal Work: All personal mystical experiences, shadow work revelations, goddess connections, and sacred spiritual discoveries shared within the program container remain confidential unless you explicitly consent to sharing.

    Communication and Official Channels

    Designated Communication Methods: Official program communications will be conducted through:

    Sacred Boundaries: Respect facilitator boundaries by using only official communication channels for program-related inquiries.

    Enrollment Capacity and Program Viability

    Limited Enrollment: Dark Mystic Awakening enrollment is limited to maintain the integrity and intimacy of the sacred mystical container.

    Waitlist Procedures: This program opens for enrollment only once or twice per year. When capacity is reached, a waitlist may be established. Waitlisted individuals will be notified if spots become available, but placement on the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment.

    Application Process: Enrollment may require completion of an application or Mystic Blessing Call to ensure energetic alignment with the sacred container.

    Right to Refuse Enrollment: We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our sole discretion, including ensuring energetic compatibility with the mystical work and other participants.

    Minimum Enrollment Requirements: We reserve the right to postpone the program if minimum enrollment numbers are not met. In such cases, enrolled students may be transferred to the next available circle or receive full refunds at our discretion.

    VIP Mentorship Upgrade Terms

    Optional Upgrade: VIP Mentorship includes bimonthly private 1:1 sessions with Zela for bespoke spiritual mentorship, deeper energetic integration, and soul-aligned guidance.

    Separate Investment: VIP Mentorship requires additional investment beyond the base program fee, with terms provided separately.

    Limited Availability: VIP spots are extremely limited and subject to Zela’s availability and energetic capacity.

    Non-Transferable: VIP Mentorship is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

    Transfer and Assignment Restrictions

    Non-Transferable Enrollment: Program enrollment is non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another individual under any circumstances.

    Incapacitation Procedures: In the event of student death or legal incapacitation, program access will be terminated. No refunds or transfers will be provided to estates or family members.

    Circle Integrity: The mystical container is carefully curated, and enrollment cannot be transferred to maintain the energetic integrity of the circle.

    Electronic Acceptance and Digital Signatures

    Legal Binding Agreement: By enrolling online, clicking acceptance buttons, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature and that digital agreements have the same force as written contracts.

    Technology Acknowledgment: You confirm you have the technological capability to access, read, and retain these Terms electronically.

    Time Limitations for Legal Claims

    Statute of Limitations: Any legal claims arising from your participation in Dark Mystic Awakening must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose.

    Claims Cut-Off: After the one-year limitation period expires, all claims are permanently barred and may not be pursued through any legal forum.

    Notice Requirement: Before filing any legal claim, you must provide written notice of the dispute within 30 days of discovering the issue and attempt good-faith resolution.

    Dispute Resolution and Legal Procedures

    Mandatory Mediation: Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation with a qualified mediator in Zürich, Switzerland.

    Jurisdiction and Governing Law: These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in the courts of Zürich, Switzerland, regardless of your location.

    Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or collective legal proceedings against us.

    Assignment and Business Succession

    Right to Assign: We reserve the right to assign, transfer, or sell these Terms and Conditions, along with all rights and obligations, to any third party including business successors, purchasers, or affiliated entities.

    Student Data Transfer: In the event of business sale, merger, or assignment, student data may be transferred to the acquiring entity while maintaining program obligations and access rights.

    Continuity of Service: Business transfers will not affect your program access or completion status, but may result in changes to platforms, communication methods, or administrative procedures.

    Survival of Terms

    Post-Completion Obligations: The following provisions survive program completion and remain in effect indefinitely:

    Technical Support: We provide reasonable technical support for accessing program materials via email during business hours.

    Service Delivery: We strive for reliable service delivery but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to technical issues beyond our control.

    Modifications and Termination

    Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify program content, spiral timing, or delivery methods as needed to maintain mystical integrity and quality of instruction.

    Terms Updates: These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

    Termination Rights: We may terminate your access for violations of these Terms or behavior that compromises the sacred container. You remain responsible for all payments regardless of completion level.

    Governing Law and International Users

    Governing Law: These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law, with all disputes resolved in the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.

    International Compliance: Users outside Switzerland are responsible for compliance with their local laws while acknowledging that Swiss law takes precedence in any conflicts.

    Currency and International Fees: International students are responsible for currency conversion fees, international transaction charges, and any applicable local taxes or duties.
